The problem when your tactics, strategy, plans and goals are not aligned.
About 5 years ago I started having horrible neck and back pain.
It was bad. Really bad.
The worst headaches I have ever had. Couldn’t sleep. Even blurry vision.
This led me to go to a chiropractor to see what was going on…
Here is what the Doc discovered.
I had horrible scar tissue that had built up in my neck and back, from years of doing punishment to my body. Taking hard falls on a wakeboard and snowboard had caught up to me.
He said the reason it was finally catching up to me was that after years of my muscle holding my bones, spine and vertebrae in alignment, that wasn’t working any longer. Some of my muscle was disappearing now and I was putting on weight. Thanks DOC!
The muscle wasn’t there to combat the scar tissue.
I was out of alignment and my body was being pulled out of alignment more and more each day.
IT WAS PAINFUL!!!

How the Chiro Doc fixed me
The first thing he told me to do was lose some weight and starting working out again.
And every Monday and Thursday I would go in for an adjustment.
I did twice a week for the first 6 weeks. After that I started to regain some muscle and lose some of the fat. The adjustments were also starting to work.
It was a process. After 6 weeks, we went down to once a week and eventually I haven’t been back. Pain free, for the most part.
How you can fix being out of alignment
Remember, more tools and technology are not the answer. Just because the tools and technology are available for you to use, does not mean you NEED to use them.

Before you start implementing new tools, ideas or technology, make sure it aligns with your overall business development strategy.
Make sure you have a clear vision for your business and life.
Set goals and objectives that will move you towards that vision.
Create a plan that will help you achieve those goals and objectives.
Develop a strategy for areas of your business.
And IMPLEMENT the tactics that are in alignment with those strategies.
